Brain dead customer care

I had complained that my air conditioner is not functioning properly and followed up with 4 calls to customer care . Later they asked me to call the branch and people in branch tells to call the dealer. And goes on then finally I had to call the technician.


End is complaint not resolved . Complaint no. 11602529


This brand has worst servicing and brainless customer care. They repeat the same stuff again and again . Never customer friendly or understand the issue.
