*Sleeplessness** is one of the major problems many people are facing these days especially in cities. So what can you do about sleeplessness? There are two things you can do about it.


(1). Do not deal with it.


(2). Deal with it.


If you do not wish to deal with it, then please don’t waste your time in reading my review and **enjoy your sleeplessness!** But if you wish to deal with it, then read my review, give it Very Useful and leave some sweet comments(no brickbats allowed haha).


Let’s start with the definition of sleeplessness for some ignorant people. **Sleeplessness means lack of sleep.** *English mein samjhaoon to matlab neend na aana.


*Symptomps*


If you see a person restlessly changing position in bed from left to right to center, opening & closing his eyes again and again with unrelaxed face muscles then he may be a victim of this disease.


*Causes*


There maybe many possible causes of sleeplessness.

  • If a person sleeps during the daytime, he may lose sleep at night.

  • If a person has tension of work or family or of some other matter.

  • If  a person has fallen in love, then uski ratoon ke neend and din ka chain ud jata hai(romantic cause, isn’t it?)

  • If a person was owl in his previous life and has carried some of those genes in this life too.

  • If a person thinks night time can be used for better purposes like studying for   exam or watching porn sites on Internet.

  • If there are too many mosquitos in the room trying to make love with him.

*Dealing with Sleeplessness*


You can adopt few measures to deal with it.

  • Do not sleep during daytime.

  • Tire yourself because a tired person sleeps very easily. For tiring yourself start exercising, dancing or playing some games in evening.

  • Have sex or masturbate before sleeping. According to scientists it relaxes your mind and produces such  hormones in the body, which makes you sleepy.

  • Read some long boring reviews at MS, which will instantly put you to sleep. Plenty of such reviews are at your disposal.

  • Do something, which you don’t like. Then soon it will put you off and you will think it’s better to go to sleep rather than doing this crappy thing.

  • Don’t drink too much tea or coffee.

  • If all this doesn’t work, you can start taking sleeping pills but only after consulting your family doctor, varna hamesha ke liye gehree neend me so jaoge.

One more thing which we all should do is to protest against the call centers, since they are spoiling the sleeping habits and health of our loved ones. One of my chachi’s friend is very upset because her husband works in call center and she misses him during night time.


*BAN CALL CENTRES!*


Aur ab sab jake chain kee neend so jao.
