AVOID ONLINE BOOKING AND GO FOR DIRECT PURCHASE

I placed an online request for purchase of Dell Inspiron on 4th oct 2010. by the time I complete the formalities like submitting all documents,  it was 11th oct. I got the laptop on 26th oct.  I found it was defective like display not working.  company agreed to replace the unit.  again lot of formalities and by the time the system was collected back from me by factory, it was 10th Nov.


Again submitting all forms like form 16, id proof, address proof etc. etc. it was 16th Nov. Now  the Bangalore office has created a fresh quotation and after receipt of my documents by hard copy, they will give a fresh  supply order.  Then god only knows how many days it will take the laptop  to reach me.


All this is after I made the payment of Rs.34300 on 10th Oct.  My dear friends, this is what I experienced from a world famous company like DELL.  There should be some system to replace the defective laptop immediately, since the customer has paid his money well in advance.


Now I am at the mercy of Dell to get my laptop.  You think, why should you take all this botheration, instead go to some dealer and purchase it on the spot after checking the system properly. Don’t believe their online producement system.
