Few days back I ordered an amkette desktop keyboard and mouse combo from flipkart. After immediate delivery, I found the item defective. I called their customer service and without any further questions, they have agreed to replace the item. To my surprise within five days I got the item replaced. K read more...

I don't understand why nobody is going to consumer court against this false compnay, BAG IT TODAY. They are cheating public. Collecting money promptly and not sending the item. I agree Federal Bank is a good bank, but still there are number of branches of this bank, where the attitude of the staff is much worse than that of a state government office. We will be compelled to close the account due to this indifferent attitude of the bank staff.

I purchased a microwave oven of IFB. Within 18 months, the transformer has gone bad. Due to bad qualility control. They should have given atleast 2 years warranty. Being a reputed company, they should concentrate on quality spares.

My first order with Indiaplaza was given last week. Within i week I got a defective piece. Now after contacting the original manufacturer at Mumbai, I got a replacement on my own. I don't think IndiaPlaza is a good online shopping site.

An elaborate review. I fully agree with the views expressed by Mr. Baburaj. The phone has an elegant look, quite comfortable weight, a good camera. Of course about 3G compatibility, i can't comment, because the 3G has not started to come.
