My consignment no D14535169. Dated, 09th Sept 2013 was shipped from Delhi to Trivandrum. The shipment no. is missing and all the DTDC people are messed up. I think they have robbed it.
Customer support number only rings every-time, no body ever responds.
Truly pathetic and unacceptable service.
Don’t every try to send anything or never recommend anyone to send their belongings through DTDC courier.
DTDC = Fraud.
