Well you need to use it with door or windows open inorder for air cooler function properly. Air conditioner on the other hand has an external unit which in takes fresh air at first to cool the room....whereas air cooler doesnt have external unit, inorder to compensate that you need put your windows read more...

Do you remember what you have offered a pleasant service, but unfortunately nothing seems to work. Neither a proper service or value customer money or request. Really Very poor service.....I am sure you people will learn a lesson once online rules are strengthened.
According to Allschoolstuff.com, solution is nothing but providing evoucher in a form of refund with a validity of 1 month. Pathetic way serving customers..dont give value for customer money....They should be banned

Naaptol is really slow and can assume it as a dead portal, Wont respond to any queries of customer..Govt and consumer court should take strict steps to regulate their deal and functioning....
I recommend not to buy any product from indiatimes shopping...Worst in its class...Worst customer care
