On 31st Aug I sent 4 courier of Rakhi to different locations. I was promised they will reach within 4 days. 2 of them reached on time. 1 is still pending delivery and yet another is showing no update since 2nd.
I tried calling all of their contact number none is working including custom care. I also sent a mail 4 days ago yet no reply. In beginning I tried checked the status their site was showing error(attached image)
Worst service ever.
