I have similar experience with two of my couriers. I sent one on 9th and still on 15th its not delivered. When I called them on saturday (13th) they said the delivery boy has left for final delivery. I got the fatafat cashback on 16th finally. But no confirmation call whether I have to go through the same process of following up with them multiple times or It ’ll be smooth next time. Also the repeat winner prize is still pending. Anyways thanks @cleartrip for the cashback.
