I am feeling really bad in condemning something so badly, but I am helpless. I feel it is my bounden duty to make others aware of the fraud suffered by me. I ordered a panasonic battery for my cordless phone. The seller from ebay sent the product but to utter dismay the item was not the same which I ordered. It was a counterfeit product. I left a negative feedback for the seller. The seller appealed in the community court, a self styled court run by ebay to defraud its preys. I responded to the appeal preferred by the seller along with the photographs of the item received by me. After my response I received a mail saying that the seller has won the appeal and the negative remark left by me will be removed.
This is really a sorry state of affair in ebay where buyers are cheated with no remedy. My suggestion to all such buyers is that they should move consumer forum.
