u have not mentioned about the remedy u followed. Condemning someone for bad service is ur right but at the same time it is ur duty to take proper recourse so that the same thing do not happen to others. One must understand the gravity of allegation before leveling. there is no cheating in this case as a seller can supply only as per his stock. Stock Updation may fail sometimes as we also know all the time the details of things we have.

I am also having a similar kind of email from ebay. I received it when I left a negative feedback against a fraudulent seller who sent a counterfeit product to me.
