Ebay india is simply super fraud ecommerce company who is looting the poor people of the India. There is no customer care dept at ebay. I have been forced to write this mail after repeatedly calling for atleast 100 times and when nobody has contacted me even after repeated reminders.
I have ordered a samsung tv on 30.08.16. After 15 days I have received the tv on 15.09.16 in complete damage condition. I raise the complain on same day 15.09.16 with photographs. My PaisaPay ID 43484879420 and Claim ID: 2309703
But as on date 28.09.2016, I have not received my refund.
Its shame for ebay where my problem has not been resolved till date.
This clearly indicate horrible customer care at ebay.
seems like I made the mistake to buy the item from ebay. where other ecommerce site solve the problem of customer in a day, at ebay it has not started in a month.
I request to all customer who are thinking to buy anything at ebay, buy at your own risk & cost.
It is extremely unprofessional on the part of ebay not to call the customer even after repeated calls. There is seriously something very wrong with Ebay and their customer care.
