Finally I have received my refund on 14.10.2016.
Simply third class resolution provided by Micromax after 3& 1/2 months. I deposited my Micromax A77 phone with flip cover, which is under warranty, at Bokaro Micromax service centre on 11.07.2015 (Docket no is E060060-0715-17858641).
