At Ebay I have had a bad experience when I saw and ordered SANDISK 32 gb pendrive 3 weeks ago for ₹870 but after two weeks when I did’nt get my parcel then I called customer care and there executive were not concerned with my problem rather they agrue with me talked to me so badly & but after attempts Mr. Rajiv agreed to listen me and he assured me that I will get my delivery within 3-4 days but till date I did’nt received yet and if tried to cancel order but site got unavailble if I do so.
So Ebay are the channels of fraudlent who come up to cheat customer and do not have customer concern in mind also do not talk to customer in a mannered way but thrash them if they ask any favour .
Delivery timeliness is poor as even on multiple calls and email I did’nt get my parcel so they are very slow in delivery service and ordered product security is in question.
App is not too attractive as product are not categorically arranged and site of hangs and takes a lot of time to load.
No not reliable as even after online payment as well as multiple attempts to let Ebay know my problem they did’nt taken care of my problems hence they are not reliable and ofter miss the product so plzzz go for amazon
