• Next step is gently massage hands and nails with a buffing cream or a body lotion. For very dry hands, use a softening hand buffing cream before going to bed in the nights and wear gloves
• The best way to make your nail polish appear pretty and eye-catching is to apply your favorite / matching shade of the nail paint in one stroke down middle of the nail from base to the top and just one stroke on either sides. For a more darker shade of the colour you choose, the same procedure could be repeated once again, but definitely not more than that - here, remember the principle “First in the middle, then on either sides!!!”

I am an ardent admirer of Elle 18 Nail Paints and have been using it for more than 8 years now. Being a long-term user of the product, let me tell my opinion about Elle 18 nail paints :
• Application : A single coating itself makes the shades very presentable, which is not the case with Tips & Toes and Avon
• Drying Time : Being a long-term consumer of Elle 18, I would affirm that Elle 18 is definitely not like the other review in MS – the nail paints get completely dried up in a matter of maximum 7 to 8 minutes
• Longevity : A good nail paint should be long-lasting – yes, Elle 18 nail polishes are fairly long lasting. To make them last much more longer, first apply Elle 18 nail paint and allow it to get completely dried up for 15 minutes and on that, apply a thin layer of any transparent nail enamel or a top coat sealer.
• Fragrance (Smell?) : When compared with Avon & Revlon nail paints which have very pleasant fragrance, Elle 18 has a bearable repulsive aroma, which is a main drawback in them.
A few Tips :

• Application of Base coats before applying nail paints is highly recommended, ‘cause the colorless & natural looking base coat forms a tough layer on the smooth nails thereby preparing the nail surface for a smoother and a very long-lasting application of nail paints
• Always before applying nail paints, massage the hands & nails gently. This will make the nails appear more sexy and attractive
• If possible, do always keep a Nail care kit with you basically containing a clipper, filer, cuticle oil / cream, hand cream, crack prevention gel etc. and do use them at least once a week for best results. Massaging hands and nails with carbanide silk moisturizing creams sold in beauty parlors also give best results
Over all, Elle 18 nail paints are worth a recommendation as they are very economical, have variety of shades and long-lasting.
