Big cheating in the name of amc: the worst service

I have an aqua guard classic and is under amc valid till 2010. For the last two months it is not functioning properly and is leaking for the last one year. I booked a compliant recently first on 11/10/2008. The earlier complaints regarding leakage to the service personnel were not responded and i had to give up requesting them. In the recent complaint as there was no response they were reminded on 21/10 also. But no response. Even during the telephonic conversation very poor response. Then euro helpline was called on 23, 25, 29, 30/10/2008, 01./11/2008. During the last week of november ( at last) one lethargic technician came and told that the circuit board and transformer need to be replaced. He also said that at that moment there was no stock of spares.


Till this moment (15/12/2008) it has not been replaced/repaired. Probably the company is unable to procure the spares required even the fittings are not proper and is leaking for the last one year. Even that has not been attended. Whenever, you contact euro helpline(?) They say ’ we understand your feelings, today our technician will come definitely. They work in the field till 9 pm’. But no one turns up. Very very very poor service. Absolutely no sense of customer service leave alone customer care. Such an important health product has the worst service one can imagine. Absolute callous attitude.


Never buy any product under this brand name or company. I do have their vacuum cleaner, which is a pain to use. Totally un-professional service. Any amount of criticism has no impact on their response / service quality. I cannot understand why these people are running this company if they cannot service their products?
