Despite periodic calls to the Euro Helpline, my aqua guard has not yet been repaired. It is not working since October 2008. Total apathy to customer service. Can't understand what their Corporate philosophy is.

SUCH CALLOUS ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PENALISED HEAVILY. IT IS HIGH TIME BEYOND CONSUMER COURT SOMETHING IS DONE BY THE GOVERNMENT. IF ANY COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 48 HOURS GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT ALLOW THESE COMPANIES TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS AND SHOULD STOP THEM IMMEDIATELY. read more...
