Absolutely Pathetic Service

I have nothing against the product but the service is probably the worst I have seen from any company so far. Far worse than even Public Sector Undertakings.


The service engineer never turns up on time for service. The service agency changes every 12 months. The folks in the Call Center cant even talk English properly - forget getting your issue sorted out.


Wish I had never purchased this item.
