I regret buying Aqua Sure Nano RO. Eureka Forbes has BAD SERVICE and POOR PRODUCT QUALITY. After one year of suffering of poor product performance and NO response to repeated complaints, shifting blames, and FORCING the customer to BUY SERVICE CONTRACT.
I went on reminding on 25th March, Monday, no one came, escalated complain on 28th Mar. Kamlesh called on 1st April, 4 pm (approx.) set appointment for Sat, 6th April, 12-2 PM- no show, on 11th April - call from Eureka Forbes – set appointment for next week Monday – 15th April- NO SHOW, finally someone came on 22-04-2013. The lady on the phone Harsha, would every time force me to buy the service contract or the parts of product.
Any product from this company is a waste of your money. I spent close to 10, 000 in buying this from ezone Infinity.But it was the worst investment. One of the worst service providers. I am changing from Eureka Forbes Aquasure RO to HUL’s Pureit Marvella, as it has some good reviews on Mouthshut.com.
