Dear Ashish, switch to HUL PUREIT Marvella or any other water purifier, I have had terrible experience with Eureka Forbes and have done the same. No point complaining , they are worse than sarkari office in India.

This is just a fake copy-paste template response standard to all complaints. the truth remains - Eureka Forbes products are POOR in quality and their service is TERRIBLE!!!

I think by now people using Eureka Forbes products who have suffered Poor Eureka Forbes services will not fall for sweet words which are mere copy-pasted templates of your regular responses. The words are just like Eureka Forbes services - inefficient and ineffective. TOTALLY FAKE!!!

Eureka Forbes played the same 'change the filter' money making game with me. Terrible service, rude customer care executives (Harsha), sloppy service. I have suffered in the hands of Eureka Forbes, they did the same money making tactic of 'change your filter' with me. They provide poor service and the people are pathetic there. The product if bad, I have switched to HUL Pureit Marvella, their service is really good (check reviews on mouthshut.com) read more...
