A company recruiting lier sale man who would not get out of your home until you buy and would never show up after the deal once you buy it. There is no use to complain and call to the company or his managers. Nothing is going to happen. I am fed up of calling this sick company for months for the product warrenty and other bonus package deal that I was told was going on at the time when I purchased this covering life time FREE service for ALL the Eureka Forbes products. I have made this mistake, you BETTER DON’T !!!
-The machine gets heated up easily
-The suction and the blower operates together consuming more power and heating the machine
-One of the assesory provided for pressure water washing never holds on the pipe once the water is pumped in.
-Very bad service from the company
-No customer care center numbers provided, office numners are given and most of the time no one answers or are busy.
-As it is direct sales company there is no way that you can get it serviced from outside. you are stuck with a company that do not provide any service.
-Be careful when the sales man sings for you at the time of sale for great service and performance. He would not show up after you make the sale
