The bank had acknowledged the famous 'System Error' and had reverted the points TWICE! Clearly there was no reason for these mistakes. I don't consider it safe for publicly publishing in this forum otherwise I would have furnish those statements for your reference (yes, I have saved those with me).

I bought the connection last week and the sales person promised that it would be connected the very next day. While in fact the connection is not there after a whole week!!! I must say they have very poor after sales service.
