I am writing this mail after lot of frustration and disappointment.
I am waiting for my shipment # 540758604302 ( Priority Overnight Service )for last 3 days.
It was shipped from Mumbai on 19th Aug & reached Hyderabad Office on 20th Aug ( Since it was Eid, Business was closed that day). On 21th Aug EOD, I got a call from Local Fedex office that they are not able to make the delivery that day and asked for 1 day extension. On 22nd Aug too, when I reached out of Fedex customer support , they promised me that the shipment would be delivered by 8:00 pm.
Its 23rd now , when I see the status online, it says incorrect address- contact Fedex support. On calling the Fedex support, they give me a reason that there was no phone number updated so they could not contact me.
This is all lame excuses they are making, if they did not have the phone no how they called me on 21st asking for Future delivery. You can check this on your website from tracking the shipment:

Now I have given my contact number to the Customer Care as I can not reach out to local Fedex Office directly. Anyway, I am a disappointed customer and wont recommend for Fedex Service to any of my friend or colleagues in my organization.
