I am located in Mauritius, and I’ve been ordering articles online for several years, without any complaint whatsoever. I’ve never lost any money in doing this; I always get what I paid for.Or when I don’t get it.I get refunded for it.

I ordered a book on this site some two months back. It was apparently sold at very low price: Rs 285.I was tempted by this offer since it was a very rare book, and could not be found elsewhere. After completing my order online, the total amount requested from me including shipping amounted to Rs1245. That’s a significant amount but I didn’t mind because I was so happy to get my hand on the book I needed. The amount was debited from my Credit Card.But a few days later, they wrote to say that the order was cancelled because there were custom restrictions on low priced books and said that the amount paid for it was still available as credit balance on my account with them.Please note that they didn’t even asked if I agreed with this at all. I wrote back to say that I wanted a refund for the book, because there were not any other books that interested me there.They did not reply to my first mail.I wrote again several time using the complaint email.Still no reply.NOw my money is stuck there. Any major online vendors, you would get a refund immediately when they find that they can’t deliver the goods for one reason or the other.The fact that they don’t reply to my mail only proves that there are really dishonest people behind this.
I’ve never come across something like this anywhere before.The first time happened with this site.So I am warning everyone who reads this.Don’t ever order from them if you don’t want to lose your money.To all those who get cheated like this, please write your comments, but you can also send letters to majors newpapers in India to warn the public of this!
