I'd like to know what you call a nominal shipping fee.... I confirm what he says...I've had the same experience...I am located in Mauritius.....But I have many friends in Delhi, including in the legal domain....I certainly will sue them until they give back every cent.....

you can write to newspaper about this... http://www.indiapress.org/index.php/English/400x60 this should put pressure on them!!
try to read other comments from people who ordered there and decide for yrself!!!
you have to order to know if a site is good or not!! if the service is good or not!!! if i tell you the differences with amazon.com where you get refunded automatically and as quickly as possible.....I even get free cds from them whenever the goods are not delivered in time..
