First cry has been delivering to my location since 2 years. Recently they changed their courier service to First Flight which does not deliver to my location. Simple question - Why cant first cry be careful while taking the order and assigning the courier agency.
When I raised by concern this was the reply I got from First cry
" We regret to inform you that we cannot assure delivery of the product by any specific courier company. We can make a note but cannot assure anything"
If this is the case why is first cry taking the orders and committing to home delivery.
On further stressing they say they will refund my money which can be used for next orders. This is insane. If first cry cannot deliver to my location what will I do with that refund money in my first cry account. I would suggest first cry to hire some better courier agency.
