Airtel have changed my broadband plan which my notifying me . They have moved my plan to 999+ taxes from 750+ taxes. Adding to above comment. It 20 days after I filed the service request - NO action has been taken the request is still OPEN. I think airtel has got enough subscribers now --- Its time to switch,

Screw them up. Nobody cares for customer after he purchases their service.
Follow up review: Finally a person was sent for demo . It was good. He did it pretty well.
