The basics works, and that is saying a lot in the Indian Online selling scenario(compare to Rediff books/Infibeam)
Basics mean:
When they show "In stock", they really have the book in stock
The deliver the book in the time promised.
Is that a lot? Well, sigh.the Indian scene is such that it indeed is a lot.
I have earlier odered books from both Rediff and Infibeam - Both did not have the books in stock when they claimed it is, and I had to struggle and run after them to get my refund.
Flipkart seem fresh and reliable, where you can come and order your books hassle free. They delivered the books BEFORE promised time to me.
Sure - they have a long way to go before becoming the Amazon of India - But hey- they have a good base to build on.
Till a better competition comes, they are the best online book store out there(in my opinion)
