Flipkart an online shopping site is one among the few trustworthy and reliable ones. I have been using flipkart for almost 3 years and have bought a lot of products including mobiles, home essentials, sandals, dress etc. Till now I have had wonderful experience with flipkart. Almost all the items I recieved were genuine and in good condition.
I mostly purchace during the flipkart festive sales and offers. They offer wonderful discount during these festive sales.
A noteworthy mention is the phonepe service. We get 20% discount if we purchase from flipkart using the phonepe. And unlike other online sites which takes few days to months to provide the cashback, the phonepe provides cashback instantly.
The selection is also good. There are a lot of products to search from. And same product may be sold by more than 1 salesman. And during the festive sale there are much more to items to browse from.
The only cons I have noticed is the absence of india post delivary system, which some other online site already have. So as a result, flipkart doesn’t deliver the products to rural or village areas.
Now talking about the customer care service, it was great. Once I got a mobile which got defective within a week. I called the customer service and they offered to replace the phone with a new one.
Finally about the delivary system. It almost always delivers the product within the mentioned time. We might even get the product delivered few days before the mentioned date.
And also they wont deliver the product to someone else without us attending their phonecall and asking them to do so.( as mostly the case in hostels, where some other online sites’ delivary guys just give the item to someone in the locality even if we hadn’t attended their call , and the we have to search for that person) .
Overall a wonderful experience with the service. I would officially rate the service 4.5/5, and if they introduce india post delivary system then it would be 5/5.
