I ordered Fish from Freshtohome and the delivery slot was given as 12.00 - 2.00 PM. but even at 2.15 pm the customer serve was saying that the order was not picked up. They had no cluse about the delivery status. There is no monitoring system to monitor the whereabout of the delivery guy. Companies like Pizza Hut or Dominos have excellent system to monitor delivery status. Since the promised delivery time was not maintained I had to order food from outside. I will not recommend this company to others. They simply advertise but cannoy keep up the commitment to de;iver.
