Purchased a new Mahindra XUV500 in October 2016. I really love the car and the way it handles. However, in my first service with G3 motors, the typical Indian Bait and Switch mindset was revealed to me. They READ OUT THE FINE PRINT. When I bought the car, I was told first three services are free. When you service the car, it means oil, filter everything. However now they are throwing Fine Print at my face saying I have to pay for Diesel Filter and Engine Oil. Its not that I cannot afford Rs. 2200. G3 Motors.(MH04HM3XX9) Shame on you for not explaining. Anand Mahindra If you are listening, this is not how you repay loyal Mahindra customers. I had a Scorpio for 7 years and insisted on retaining the loyalty by going Mahindra again. I think its time for Indian CEOs wake up and understand the buyers sentiments. When someone pays 18 lacs to buy a car they dont expect such cheap behaviour from the OEM or from the Dealers!
