Review : I come here to njoy the ’Hapiness of life’...tats wot an Isereli friend I made 5 years back told me.He was reffering to Goa n why he spends 6 months in a year here and goes back works n blows every penny in Goa.According to him most of our life is spent in working , then hte rest in sleeping how much do we spend in enjoying the happiness that life has to offer? Come to think of it hes absolutely right. The Goa that I have go to every xmas is a different Goa from all that the other reviewers on Mouthshut have gone, I mean the places may be the same but the experience is certainly different.What I go to is the PARTY GOA , ive been going to Goa for almost the last 7-8 years and have never seen anything of Panjim!! Goa in xmas is different if you want to go on your own trip(no pun intended), im not talking of the trip of ectasy(1), but the Goa of laying back and watch life go by on the beach is something else. Anjuna , North Goa is the center Point of all the Party activity. Baga and Vagator are the other main centers.Now for a 1st timer to the party scene, most of us will go with the idea of ’pataoing’ the white firangs in their bikinis, offering thenm some dope etc..but brothers, I should tell you these are not any Sandra from Bandra. Actually even making friends with firangs will take time here, the problem being cos we r Indians and they on the whole avoid coming in contact.It takes time to build their confidence. The Party Trip then is a lifetime experience.Just stay around the north and relax all afternoon then once dawn sets in get your bikes and get moving. Acoomodation: Well we never stayed at any star hotel even though moneys not a problem, but staying a hippie life in a small 1 room (at times common toilet) , is something to experience. Drug Scene: One should be careful in these parties and should be capable of taking care of oneself, or else tis could be your 1st and last trip of a lifetime. Its very easy to get sucked into the party atmosphere and the trance of things cos after a certian time you feel that you can see the stars falling(get my point?) How to get in?? well these parties are open to all and ask any tourists on bikes about the party tonite n hell tell you.Some of the best parties happen at Shorbar-Anjuna , Hill Top and Prime rose Vagator.
