Maximum within 5-7 working days. This statement means Minimum 5 days and Maximum 7 Days.
Now you are mentioning in the latest mail that take a Minimum of 7 business days.
Which is right? Your statements are extremely contradictory. Please dont make a fool of yourself further more. Sounds like a bunch of incompetent people are reading the mail on the other side.

Last week I called and you mentioned to me I will get in 24 hours. Now you want 72 more hours?
Do u see what you are trying to do? Its been a month since the refund transaction was initiated. No one from the management calls up and updates the refund status.
What is the amount that will be credited back to me? Mention the correct amount. Dont give sentences like somewhere around 17000! BE PRECISE.
