UPDATE : I got my referral bonus came 3 months late. Speed is excellent. not a day has there been a breakdown like i had with bsnl. Happy with ACT now.. Added to this they have increased the speed from 20Mbps to 40Mbps..

Finally after a breakthrough, the management paid a refund of 6,372.00 further. Actual Ticket Price : 11,846 Rescheduling Fees : 13,186 Refunded Amount : 11414 + 6372 = 17786
