Worst and waste of money they will say 10mbps but they not give not even 1 MBPS at night time,
I had observed that they are thinking customers are fools.They think we don’t know anything. From morning 6 Am to night 10:30 Pm they will provide good speed from night 10:30 Pm it starts reducing speed at 1 Am it takes more than one minute to open google home page till 5 Am from that they will provide good speed till night. How I came to know is I am doing work from home and mostly my work is at night time.
I had called them and explained this and I raised a ticket and they said sorry for their service and it won’t happen again
