I have been using hathway broadband from last couple of months and I can easily say that is really better than the other ISP(Internet Service Providers) which I have used previously(DEN BOOMBAND in terms of service & speed) and(AIRTEL BROADBAND in terms of cost) .
Only I have to face the problem at the time of installation as it took 4 days for complete process and yes, beware of fake promises of their sales man if you are planning to change your ISP to HATHWAY plz visit their nearest office and just wait till installation after that you’ll not going to face any problem relating to speed or connection but still if some problem happens just call their customer care and it’ll be resolved straight away;yes, it will take some hours if there is problem of wiring.
