In safdarjung enclave area, Hathway broadband disconnects more than it connects during the whole day. we have a 7 days old connection and not a single day we could use it freely. On our request of revoking the connection and refunding the quarterly fee, they are dillydallying since last 3 days.
They are behaving like govt offices and making us run from pillar to post to get the confirmation for refund. Its been 7th day of pursuing and requesting them for refund and they are only providing lip service. I am only asking for a an email confirming the refund and they have not done it yet.
On the top of it, yesterday they promptly and very efficiently disconnected the broadband, so we are now left with no connection, with no confirmation of refund. Its a wonderful service, operating from South Delhi, dont know, how many they have already fleeced.
Pls suggest, where I can make a complain of their fraudulent ways of operating.
