This hathway broadband is fake. Their sales person tell the fake offers and charge extra money by saying the security money will be refunded whenever u wish to remove the broadband connection. I use there connection approx 1 month the service is not up to the mark.
The customer care also told lie about refunding the security money which is fake, customer care told that u have to submit the router device at their office and the money will be refunded after 1 month by cheaque which is also not true. NO MONEY REFUNDED YET. Company should shutdown shame on u hathway fakers.
Advice u all dont ever think about taking net connection from them.
