I have very bad experiences since I requested for connection. First the cable people came and they did shaby job bringing the cable inside my home. When requested them do proper wiring they misbehaved. I had to raise a complaint. Complaint was closed without action. I raised another complaint, this time they came and did proper wiring.
Now it my third week and the connection is down for the fifth time. Many times I have to work from home, their unreliabe n/w is a big cause of concern for me.
Even now I am using my phone to write this review.
Never ever take this connection.
