Hence, I am using hathway connection for year because of his services . I had used the many different connection but there services are to week. if any problem take places in connection then just call to customer care and your problem will solve in 2 to 3 hours . but if there is issue in your broadband than it may take 1 to 2 working days. and connection speed is also good according to the net plan that you had choosen. so at last I conclude that you can go for this connection if you are thinking to take any. and if you are living in surat than you shuld go for it. and for other states you should try it out hope fully it will give good respond to you peoples also so just try it out.
