I regret that I didn’t look at this forum before signing up for Hathway internet. Well, what can I say. It’s the lesson learned after spending Rs. 1000.
Like many other users mentioned, Hathway is the worst ISP in India. Even if you sign up for dial-up connection with your local BSNL, you will be better off.
I wasted so many hours with the morons in Hathway’s tech support. They just have no idea why it’s not working. Later their supervisor told me that all new customers of Hathway Internet have connection issues. His message is "Don’t worry, you are not alone". Instead of fixing the issue, this guy was trying to convince me that I was not alone! Do I need to spend Rs. 1000 to join the crowd that is already suffering from bad service?!
I have never seen any company like this crap. Never sign up for anything that has "Hathway" name on it.
