Currently My internet services are down since last 3 days, I have raised multiple Tickets but Absolute Zero action taken so far by your technical team. Please do not expect me to renew again for next bill cycle. Adjust all my wavers asap.

As I described in my last email, also subject of this email is also indicating that I am hardly able to connect to internet.
even hathway portal is not loading most of the times.
all the LEDs in modem are either green or Off.
to me it looks like a cable/modem issue. Past 6 days you were not even able to identify the issue what can I expect from your technical wing.
Every morning I am raising one Ticket, afetr facing exactly same stupid questions by your customer care executive.
Please find a new one: 11726991
my 5 year old is more efficient to your entire technical team, your demise is certain if if you continue in the same pace.

DO NOT USE HATHWAY your 1 mbps is much better that 50 mbps of hathway.
