Hathway are the cheaters please do not buy there service few months back I have opted for hathway broadband expecting it to be better than bsnl broadband but it was much worst than bsnl. the hathway dealers promise something and they deliever something else . they have promised to give 15gb extra data but they have only given me 3 gb extra data which was so disappointing. even the internet speed is also very poor they promised to deliever 5mbps speed but they have given me only 2 mbps speed for some days only after that the speed has become much worst. one day due to weather my internet connection has stopped working and I have made so many complaints with them and they have refused to resolve the issue so service & support wise also hathway is very poor. you cant even expect good connection in bad weather so connection reliability is very poor. overall I am not satisfied with this hathway connection and I will not recommend this to anyone.
