I am an existing customer of hathway broadband(1066355). I have been suffering from continue disconnection and regarding that I received more than 16 complain numbers. And now I have another problem; fluctuation of speed. I have ultra 1 mbps plan and I am getting speed 300-400 kbps. I even received a complain number for that (9883193)
But that’s not the worst part, it is their customer care representatives behavior..
They feed you false information
According to their policy they you would get a call back from their tech team within 2 hours you register complain. But past 4 months I never received any call backs
You will lose your money as their customer care service is paid
Even though you do not use any abusive language they disconnect the call( it happens on 3-6-2014, Representative name Chaitanya, time: 7:40 pm)
Regarding their behavior I even complain to a Nodal officer but nothing happened.
And never able to reach Nodal officer’s number no matter how many times you try.
