I am using hathway from last 6 month

Here is my 6 months experience of using hathway internet

I am using 8 mbps plan super25mum

Desctiption of plan

8mbps upto 25 gb and then 1mbps unlimited

I never got 8mbps speed upto 25 gband not even 1 mbps after

This all happened after 3 months

They take payment of 3 months in advance and when I renewed the plan it made me upset for next three months

Now I discontinued the service

Worst thing about hathway is

1. You cannot change the plan in between your 3 month period

2. You cannot expect desired speed

3. No customer support at all

4. Downtime

5. User interface and look

6. Auto close of your complaint/request

7. Worst plans

8. Old cables leads to interruptions/downtime

9. Costly plans then any other ISP

10. CHEATERS in the name of support speed.

Plz choose your ISP wisely don’t trust on any one blindly

They fool the people by providing offers.
