Hathway advertises of great speed but unfortunately, the customer never receives promised speed. I took up Hathway connection(10 Mbps unlimited plan), I was given a very good service initially and they installed the internet and I choose 6 months package.
I received designated internet speed for few days and then it gradually fell. I have complained several times to customer care, they sent their staff to my place but were not able to solve the problem and now the customer care person has started neglecting it and I am stuck paying a 6-month fee.
I would say that Hathway should be avoided as it doesn’t deliver proper peed and services.
