Hathway is the worst service provider . But before teling about hathway I like to tell that I was using airtel broadband for the past 10 years and I was satisfied with airtel though it is expensive . The speed provided by them is fine , not too slow nor too fast around 4 mbps and the gb is 120 . After that when 120 gb is consumed then the speed becomes 512 kbph and thats too slow .
When hathway executive came to my place and told me that they will give me 50 mbps speed with 200 gb data . I was thrilled so I took a chance and removed airtel and installed hathway .
It came out to be a big mistake actually as hathway broadband become a nightmare for me . From the first day itself there was a lot of problems The connections was not working properly . There was a frequent disconnection and I called customer care . They told me that they will sent their executive with in 24 hrs but no one came . I called to the person who installed my connection and told my problem . He told me that he will sent and the engineer came and checked it . He told me that the probem won’t be coming again. But next day the same problem occured . I called him again andhe told me that he is on leave and nothing can be done today .Next day I called the customer care and registeted my complaint again but there was no result .
Now it was only 7 th day of my connection but I was compelled to threw this broadband out of my home as they have a pethetic service .
I reinstalled airtel again
Please don’t use hathway broadband its not worth it .
