We were finding an broadband connection but there was only hathway’s nothing other so we decided to installing it. Then every thing was going smooth but with the passage of time every thing get bad. We were facing some problems related to the internet speed. The connection speed was good well to the 4-5 months and then we were getting speed slow day by day. It got worse. They claim for 10 Mbps every month.But the speed was same as every day. Sometimes the speed was too slow even browser can’t load. We couldn’t see youtube videos more than 480p(Quality). Many times the network was gone. When we called them so they were replying and asking for 24 hours. They said that they will resolved it within 24 hours but nothing happened. When we called them again next day then again hey asked for 24 hours. The service and support was good at connection time but after connection it gets bad.
So, don’t use it. You have another options. You can use other services.
