Worst when it comes to disconnection and refund no

I have connections no 1148064622 theycharge me even when you have paid the amount they have no clue if you have made payments, by mistake I have made the payments in advance just bet I rec consent reminder then I though will disconnect from 30 April which they are not doing saying since you have made payments we will not disconnect nor we have policy of refund Writing to their customer service is a waste of time because they don’t have the guts you want to reply I haven’t even spoken to their model office even that fellow has not been replying to the email they are also just calling me and telling me that they can’t refund because of that internal process I have to take this matter to cancel the work order and try out if somebody can help me out on this I’ll be really replied about the process
