I got the connection installed on 3rd October 2017. Internet barely worked for a week properly. I am logging a complain with Hathway everyday from 10th October(Today is 22nd) just to find each complain closed next working day without any resolution. In 3 week time, I have logged around 12 complains without any resolution.
Also, I was promised 18 months of internet for the price paid but I only got 12 months of validity. I complained for the same as well but this complain was also closed after 3 hours without any resolution.
It is the worst Internet service provider I have used so far.
