Hello friends today I am reviewing about internet service provider in Mumbai. I received a flyer to my door, its seems perfectly fit for my requirements. Hathway office was quite near my place thinking off that if any problem happens I will get quick service. I called to the no . printed on flyer(Dinesh) He was very quick in visiting my house and completed the formalities within few day with advance payment for 3 months. He promised me to start the connection within 3 days, but it took him to complete it in 9 days. Tried calling to customer care repeatedly . At first they didn’t responded properly but when I asked the for refund then the installation was done within 2 days and the connection started. 50 mbps speed 50 gb FUP post FUP 2mbps.
At first few month it worked well but I was not getting my wifi network connection in bedroom . weak signals . .I called up again and conveyed my problem the system engineer visited my place said your wifi router has a problem, you need to get new one.I told him that I have purchased from you guys, it didn’t lasted for 4 months. AS the date of renewal approaches they will call to renew connection for infinite number of times. After few months of uses I felt that it is not serving my purpose, I am sick of calling customer care for so many times. All hell broke loose.I called customer care every week and get new complain Id but not solving my problem fully. Every time they gave me false assurance.
Finally I decided to change. They they started to conveince me not to change they will give me best deal and faster service but I am done with Hathway .I didn’t changed my mind.
A wordly advice to those who are applying for broadband connection from hathway. I would suggest you to look for other options, stay far from Hathway as much as you can. The stability of connection is pathetic and customer care service is dishonest and distressful. You will never get the speed they promised for, nowhere near to the number they advertised for.
